01Who we are

The site at jumpingloops.com is operated by Jumpingloops Partnerships, a subsidiary of Jumpingloops, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Jumpingloops is a one-engineer AI build shop founded in 2023 by Sudip Basu. Jumpingloops Partnerships is the operating entity that runs the products (CareQ, CallThatGuy, CVBounty) and the website.

For the purposes of South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), Jumpingloops Partnerships is the Responsible Party for personal information collected through this website.

02What we collect, and why

We collect personal information in the following narrow circumstances:

We do not run analytics, ad trackers, session-replay tools, or any kind of behavioural fingerprinting on jumpingloops.com. We don't use cookies for tracking. If we ever do add analytics, this notice will be updated and you'll be told before they activate.

03The AI visibility check tool, specifically

When you submit a URL and email at jumpingloops.com/check:

• We fetch the URL you provided (same as any web crawler) and analyse the response.
• We send a single short prompt to a Claude AI model (via Amazon Bedrock) asking what it knows about that domain. We do not send your email address to the AI model — only the URL.
• We store your email, the URL, and the resulting score in our database (AWS DynamoDB in Cape Town).
• We also append the same row to a private Google Sheet we use as our lead list.
• We may email you the report and follow up once about whether you'd like help acting on it. We don't add you to any newsletter or automated drip without your explicit consent.

04Where your data lives

Personal information is processed and stored on the following infrastructure:

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) — primary storage. Our resources are in af-south-1 (Cape Town), so your data primarily stays inside South Africa. The Claude AI calls use the Global inference profile, which may route the prompt to AWS regions outside South Africa for capacity reasons; the prompt content is the URL only, never your email.
• Google Workspace (US-based) — email at helixzar@jumpingloops.com and the lead-tracking Google Sheet. Mail and the sheet are stored on Google's infrastructure. Google's standard contractual clauses cover cross-border transfer.
• Anthropic (via AWS Bedrock) — the AI model that scores the LLM citation check. Prompt content (the URL only) is processed by Claude. Anthropic's published policy is that they do not train models on Bedrock customer data.

None of these sub-processors receive marketing access to your data. Their access is operational — we use their services to actually run the site, and they handle your data under their respective data-processing terms.

05How long we keep it

Lead data from the check tool: kept indefinitely until you ask us to delete it, with one exception — we'll review and purge inactive contacts (no contact in 24 months) on a yearly basis. Email correspondence: kept for as long as the conversation is operationally useful, typically up to 7 years for tax/record-keeping reasons.

You can ask us to delete your data at any point — no waiting period, no justification needed.

06Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that's inaccurate.
• Delete your information (right to erasure / "right to be forgotten").
• Object to specific uses, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator if you believe we've mishandled your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email helixzar@jumpingloops.com. We aim to respond within 7 business days for routine requests and within the 21-day window required by POPIA for formal access requests.

07Cookies

We don't currently use any tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies on jumpingloops.com. The site is a static HTML/CSS site served from a CDN — there is nothing on the page that sets a cookie. If we ever change this (for example, adding a privacy-respecting analytics tool), we'll update this notice and tell you before it activates.

08Children

Our services are aimed at adults (small business owners, founders, engineers). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email helixzar@jumpingloops.com and we'll delete it.

09Changes to this notice

If we make a meaningful change (new sub-processor, new type of data collected, change in retention), we'll update the date at the top of this page and announce it on the homepage. If the change requires fresh consent, we'll ask before applying it.
